- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Applications.
- Experience in designing and developing scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Strong understanding of agile software development practices and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Familiarity with integration of software components across diverse systems to ensure seamless operation.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain high system performance.
