Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Performance Improvement • Drive improvements in sales conversion, ARR, attachment rates, and other revenue-focused metrics.

• Analyze sales performance trends and identify opportunities for individual and team improvement.

• Conduct regular coaching sessions for low and mid-performing agents.

• Create targeted development plans for agents with sales performance gaps.

• Monitor coaching effectiveness and track performance improvements.

Coaching & Development:

• Deliver structured sales coaching using observation-based feedback.

• Conduct side-by-side coaching, call listening sessions, and live interventions.

• Build and execute Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for identified agents.

• Support new hire nesting and early tenure performance improvement.

• Facilitate refresher training sessions on sales techniques and product knowledge.

Quality & Sales Governance:

• Partner with Quality teams to identify key sales opportunities and behavioral gaps.

• Participate in calibration sessions with Operations and Quality.

• Review call audits and customer interactions to identify coaching opportunities.

• Ensure coaching documentation is maintained and tracked effectively.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with Operations Managers, Team Leaders, Trainers, and Quality teams to drive sales performance initiatives.

• Present performance insights and coaching impact during business reviews.

• Provide recommendations for process improvements impacting sales outcomes.

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on sales capability development.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales coaching dashboards.

• Analyze conversion trends, opportunity losses, and performance drivers.

• Track coaching penetration, effectiveness scores, and agent improvements.

• Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership teams.

Qualifications

• • Graduate in any discipline.

• • Certifications in Sales Coaching, Training, or Learning & Development are an added advantage.

• • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Operations, Training, Quality, or Coaching roles.

• • Strong understanding of consultative selling and customer experience.

• • Experience in a BPO/contact center environment preferred.
