Job Description – Python AI Full Stack Developer

Position Details

• Role: Python Full Stack Developer
• Grade: Grade 10
• Experience Required: 5+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Full Stack Developer to join our AI Automation Team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable full stack applications integrated with AI-driven solutions. The role requires strong expertise in backend and frontend development along with hands-on exposure to AI implementation projects and intelligent automation solutions.

The ideal candidate should be capable of collaborating with QA, Automation, Product, and AI Engineering teams to build innovative AI-enabled platforms and automation solutions for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Python-based technologies.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered features and automation capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, QA teams, Product Owners, and Architects to understand business problems and implement technical solutions.
• Build RESTful APIs, backend services, and frontend interfaces for AI-enabled platforms.
• Participate in solution design, technical discussions, and architecture reviews.
• Implement secure, high-performance, and reusable code following best engineering practices.
• Work on AI integration use cases such as intelligent automation, chatbot integration, recommendation engines, predictive analytics, or GenAI-based solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, optimization, and production support activities.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud-based application delivery.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of developed applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• Experience in frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience in at least one AI implementation project.
• Experience implementing AI solutions within enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and backend integrations.
• Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI, LLM integrations, or AI automation frameworks.
• Exposure to AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with automation platforms and intelligent workflow solutions.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
