Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and continuous engagement with evolving project needs to support organizational goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software components.
- Continuously analyze and optimize existing software to improve performance and maintainability.
- Document development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and enhancing custom software components using SAP ABAP within HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to optimize code for performance in in-memory computing platforms.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and modern frameworks to support iterative delivery.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
