What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Understanding of foundational principles and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence AI including concepts, techniques, and tools in order to use AI effectively.
What are we looking for? • Own and maintain the release calendar across all workstreams — ServiceNow, Blue Prism, BOTs & Orchestrator, APIs, and SiSense — with clear milestone sequencing and dependency mapping. • Define release scope per cycle in collaboration with workstream leads; enforce scope freeze and manage late-change requests through formal change control. • Drive sprint-to-release alignment — translate agile delivery cadence into structured release trains with firm cut-off dates and entry criteria. • Maintain a forward-looking release roadmap aligned to program milestones, client commitments, and environment availability. • Coordinate across ServiceNow, RPA (Blue Prism), orchestration, API, and analytics (SiSense) delivery teams to ensure release readiness at every layer simultaneously. • Identify and manage cross-platform dependencies — particularly integration touchpoints between ServiceNow workflows, RPA bots, API layers, and SiSense reporting — before they become release blockers. • Run structured release readiness reviews: code freeze confirmation, environment status, test completion, defect triage, and sign-off tracking across all workstreams. • Own the release communication plan — clear, timely updates to delivery teams, client stakeholde • Define and enforce go-live entry and exit criteria across all platform components; no release proceeds without structured gate sign-off. • Chair go/no-go decision forums — consolidate readiness status, surface risks, and facilitate accountable decision-making with program and client leadership. • Manage hypercare and post-release stabilisation: coordinate war-room support, triage production issues, and ensure a clean handover to BAU. • Own the release retrospective — capture what worked, what didn t, and drive continuous improvement into the next release cycle. • Maintain the release risk register; proactively identify risks from dependency gaps, environment conflicts, test coverage shortfalls, and late scope changes. • Coordinate environment strategy across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PROD — manage environment bookings, refresh schedules, and conflict resolution across workstreams. • Own change request governance within the release cycle — assess impact, enforce process, and prevent scope creep from destabilising release timelines. • Escalate release-critical issues early and with full context; never let a blocker age without an owner and a resolution date.
