Job Description

Take a pivotal marketing role at Diagnostic X-Ray (DXR) and drive creation of solutions (integrated combination of products and services) from idea to market. You will be accountable for defining, launching and building profitable product solutions that transform healthcare. You will lead the Product Management team that works directly with the different functions within the organization to create a competitive, customer focused offerings. This team will not only ensure the products/solutions are developed to each target market segment demands, but also will own the Solutions Product Roadmap.

The Product Management team acts as end-to-end business owners of the product roadmap, execution of solutions and success in the regions for both NPIs and LCM. This will be in close cooperation with many departments like Regions, Clinical Marketing, Customer Service and R&D. Head of DXR Systems and solutions product management leads this team and the product strategy.

Your role:

• Take end-to-end ownership of the DXR Portfolio and Roadmap;

• Lead and grow DXR Product Management team, working together with the fellow Philips teams;

• Transform the Product and Solutions roadmap and innovation funnel towards Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), based on solid Market Intelligence and aligned with the business strategy, focused segmentation, and in collaboration with Marketing Intelligence, Regions, Customer Service, Advanced Development and R&D;

• Foster a customer centric mindset and business acumen;

• Drive the execution of PDLM for NPIs and LCM towards market delivery.

You're the right fit if:

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare in clinical, product marketing, strategy and business management required (linked to Healthcare/medical field);

• In-depth knowledge required of healthcare, customers and imaging industry;

• Highly customer focused and with excellent business acumen

• Inspiring leader with strong team management and strategic skills in stakeholder management.
