Sr Process & Quality Consultant

About the Role:

As a Sr. Process & Quality Consultant, you will serve as a key partner and enabler to the Process & Quality Management and Business Transformation teams, supporting Roundel’s Retail Media Network through hands‑on execution. You will help strengthen operational rigor, improve quality outcomes, and embed scalable, data‑driven ways of working across media operations, ad‑tech platforms, and go‑to‑market workflows.
You will identify process gaps, integrate product and process changes into existing operations, and support governance, risk, and control practices that enable consistent, high‑quality delivery. Your work will reinforce a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across Roundel

PRINCIPAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process & Quality Management
• Ensure process documentation, maps, and artifacts are consistently updated and aligned to the recommended Quality Management System (QMS) framework.
• Identify process gaps and design improved ways of working to build rigor, discipline, and operational consistency.
• Integrate new process and product changes into existing workflows to support smooth adoption and execution.
• Partner with Learning teams to ensure required process and quality trainings are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
• KPI Governance, Insights & Continuous Improvement
• Define, refine, and review business and operational KPIs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and visibility to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct trend analysis and deep dives to support root cause identification and improvement planning.
• Drive a culture of data backed continuous improvement, using insights to highlight non compliances and improvement opportunities.
• Support risk mitigation by facilitating structured root cause analysis and solution design.
• Governance, Risk & Control Support
• Proactively review process maps, quality assurance processes, and checklists to ensure control effectiveness.
• Identify process and operational risks early and engage stakeholders to drive timely closure.
• Support total quality management efforts, including governance, risk assessment, compliance reporting, and operational excellence monitoring.
• Assist teams with internal and external audit readiness, documentation, and evidence preparation.
• Program & Stakeholder Management
• Support delivery of Roundel strategic priorities, contributing to enterprise level initiatives.
• Run and support reliable operating cadences (reviews, forums, working sessions) that bring leaders and partners together around execution.
• Build influence by presenting clear, logical, and data driven recommendations.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, understanding diverse perspectives and driving shared alignment and consensus.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree (3+ years) required; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
• 8–12 years of professional experience in process improvement, quality management, operations, or business transformation.
• Strong execution experience in Retail Media, digital advertising, ad‑tech, e‑commerce, or data‑driven environments.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, or similar improvement methods.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights; experience with BI or reporting tools is a plus.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments, balancing BAU and ad‑hoc work.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive work end‑to‑end within defined scope.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with high attention to detail.
• Collaborative, self‑motivated team player with a continuous improvement mindset

PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Exposure to ad‑tech or media operations workflows, quality controls, or campaign execution processes.
• Experience in consulting‑style or advisory roles requiring influence without authority.
• Familiarity with governance, controls, or audit support in scaled operations.
• Prior customer, advertiser, or client‑service experience is a plus.
