Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Job Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the operational and compliance aspects of the Auto PLI scheme. The role requires strong expertise in data validation, vendor coordination, regulatory compliance, and reporting to ensure seamless execution of PLI-related activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. PLI Compliance & Execution: ? - Monitor and ensure compliance with Auto PLI scheme guidelines issued by the Government of India. ? - Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, supply chain, and operations) for accurate data submission. 2. Vendor & Data Management: ? - Work closely with vendors and suppliers to validate import content and localization data. - Manage vendor queries related to PLI submissions and approvals 3. Reporting & Documentation: ? - Prepare periodic reports for internal and regulatory review. o Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all PLI related activities. 4. Cross-functional Coordination: ? - Collaborate with teams for incentive claim validation. ? - Support the seniors in compiling data wherein we liaise with government authorities as needed for compliance and clarification. 5. Process Improvement: - Identify gaps in current PLI submission processes and recommend improvements. - Assist in implementing digital solutions for data tracking and compliance. Qualifications & Skills: ? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Finance, CA, CMA, CS, or a related field. ? 1 year of experience in taxation, regulatory compliance, supply chain, or managed services would be preferable. ? Strong understanding of the Auto PLI scheme and relevant government regulations. ? Experience with data analytics and reporting tools. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and compliance software. ? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience in the automotive sector or working with large manufacturers. ? Familiarity with incentive claim processes under government schemes. ? Prior experience in vendor coordination and data reconciliation.
