Senior Test Lead with accessibility testing,software testing,python

Job Summary
The Senior Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the testing processes with a focus on accessibility testing, The role involves ensuring high quality standards are met, identifying and resolving defects, and leading a team of testers to deliver efficient and effective testing solutions. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and scripts for accessibility testing and software testing.
2. Conduct manual and automated testing to identify and report defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
3. Lead a team of testers, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the team meets project deadlines and quality goals.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements, develop test cases, and execute testing activities.
5. Analyze test results, communicate findings to stakeholders, and make recommendations for improvements.
6. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in accessibility testing and software testing to enhance testing processes.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in accessibility testing methodologies and tools.
2. Experience in manual and automated software testing.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
