Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using Spring Boot framework.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to analyze logs, debug complex issues, and implement effective fixes in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with integration of Spring Boot applications with databases and external services.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization within Spring Boot applications.
Must Have:
Java (Core)
Spring Framework (Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring DAO including Spring JDBC and Spring ORM)
Hibernate
REST API development
Java Design Patterns
Microservices architecture
React.js (for full-stack or integration tasks)
Nice to Have:
Docker & Kubernetes (containerization and orchestration)
Azure Cloud Services
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Ansible)
Database experience: PostgreSQL, Oracle

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
