Key Account Manager
- Responsible for managing and growing key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate efforts and deliver on client expectations. - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client trust. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategically position the company’s offerings. - Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain high levels of customer service. - Prepare regular reports on account status and sales forecasts for management review. - Work closely with marketing and product teams to align client requirements with business capabilities. - Drive revenue growth through effective account management and strategic planning.Job role
