As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active involvement in setting standards for code quality, scalability, and system performance, while fostering collaboration among team members to deliver robust and efficient software solutions aligned with business needs.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and maintainability.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition,
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Microsoft SQL Server, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience in developing scalable and high-performance applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and version control systems.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and devise effective solutions.

Additional Information:
