Your Role

As a Network Services Specialist (NOC Engineer), you will provide L2/L3 operational support for global enterprise network environments, ensuring network availability, performance, security, and reliability. You will leverage your expertise in Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto technologies to support critical business operations and drive continuous service improvement.

What Will You Do

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, cloud, and security environments.
• Support Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto networking and security solutions.
• Resolve complex network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support ITIL-based operations.
• Execute network upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, cloud, and vendor teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Drive automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in 24x7 operational support and on-call rotations.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• 6-9 years of experience in Network Operations, NOC, or Network Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs, and SD-WAN.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto technologies.
• Experience with network security, firewalls, IPSec/SSL VPN, SASE, and Zero Trust architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and network monitoring tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, ITIL process, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

• Experience with cloud networking and cloud security environments.
• Knowledge of Python, Ansible, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Exposure to network transformation, automation, and modernization initiatives.
• Experience working in large multinational enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of AI-driven observability and network analytics platforms.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, JNCIS/JNCIP, ITIL Foundation, AWS, or Azure Certifications.
