Job Profile Name - P3, Sr Consultant, Proj Mgt

Job Profile Summary - The Project Manager will be responsible for leading strategic and operational projects within the Integrated Portfolio Services Team in NT, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives that drive efficiency, scalability, risk reduction, and client service excellence. The role requires strong project management expertise, Agile delivery experience, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across global locations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, project governance, and change management, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description - Major Duties :

  • Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through implementation and post-production review.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and budget considerations.
  • Drive timely resolution of project blockers and escalations.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, technology teams, operations teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership and steering committees.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and project reports.
  • Ensure clear, concise, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Drive alignment among stakeholders on project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to prioritize and manage project backlogs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support business transformation and automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies :-

Project Management

  • Strong project planning, execution, and delivery management capabilities.
  • Experience with project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Agile & Scrum

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Hands-on experience serving as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Communication

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and executive reporting abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:-

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience within hedge fund administration, asset management, financial operations, or investment services.
  • Exposure to automation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of operational risk, controls, and regulatory environments.

Required Qualifications :-

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of project management experience within financial services, operations, technology, or related industries.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional and global projects.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and delivering projects using Scrum methodologies.

Technical & Analytical Skills :-

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Experience creating project dashboards, status reports, and management presentations.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
