ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities

• Customer contract review  

• Customer onboarding related activities 

• Customer Pricing finalization and implementation in the billing system

• Ensuring accurate and update customer master

• Billing adherence as per contract and SOP

• Business partnering with sales and business team for maximizing revenue

• Unbilled revenue working 

• Reconciliation among Operating system and accounting system

• Revenue and volume finalization and related reporting

• Customer dispute resolution and credit note issuance

• Monthly reporting of P&L and BS items

• Revenue recognition as per IndAS

• Preparing and reviewing monthly MIS 

• Sub-Ledger Vs GL Reco

• Should handle and complete the statutory and internal audit within set timelines

• Preparation of various adhoc reports as per management requirement

• Accounting and reporting in-line along with preparation of financial statement under IndAS & IFRS accordingly

• Ensuring compliance of applicable taxes, income tax, withholding taxes, GST etc.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

 

• Should be a Chartered Accountant from 2021 or earlier Batch

• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Commercial and Accounts receivable

• Good communication skills backed by strong listening skills to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstration of strong planning skills essential and good project management skills.

• Having knowledge of Oracle and proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

• knowledge of IndAS is a must

• Should have basic knowledge of Tax

• Ability to work across the business to implement and execute change.

• Ability to impact organization results through influence across organizational boundaries.

• Should be a team player.
