Summary:
As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the development and deployment of artificial intelligence technologies with a focus on ethical considerations. This role requires guiding teams to ensure AI solutions align with established ethical standards and regulatory frameworks. The position includes fostering collaboration across various departments to promote responsible AI practices and advocating for the adoption of ethical AI principles throughout the organization. The role demands continuous engagement with stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability in AI initiatives, ensuring that technology serves the broader societal good while meeting organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of frameworks that ensure AI technologies are used responsibly and ethically.
- Promote awareness and understanding of responsible AI principles within the organization and with external partners.
- Mentor junior team members to build their capabilities in ethical AI practices and responsible technology deployment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI foundry, Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing AI systems that comply with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of AI solutions.
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and risk management related to AI technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
