The Consultant will bring 4–6 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development, business process automation, low-code application development, and AI-enabled solutions. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and supporting Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint Online solutions, Dataverse implementations, and AI-powered business applications to improve operational efficiency and deliver scalable digital solutions.

1. Design, develop, and support Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps to automate business processes and improve user experience.
2. Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, document management, data synchronization, and business process automation.
3. Configure and manage Microsoft Dataverse solutions, including data models, business rules, security roles, and application lifecycle management activities.
4. Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with SharePoint Online, SQL Server, Azure Services, Power BI, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, REST APIs, and enterprise applications to enable seamless data connectivity and reporting.
5. Create and manage SharePoint Online Lists, Libraries, Forms, Content Types, Views, Permissions, and Information Management solutions based on business requirements.
6. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements, evaluate solution options, and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
7. Perform solution testing activities including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Production Validation.
8. Prepare and maintain technical documentation including solution designs, technical specifications, process documentation, deployment guides, test results, and support procedures.
9. Support application deployment, migration, release management, and environment promotion activities across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
10. Participate in Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
11. Research emerging Microsoft technologies, AI capabilities, and automation opportunities and recommend innovative solutions that deliver measurable business value.

1. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
2. Strong hands-on experience with:
   • Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps)
   • Power Automate
   • Microsoft Dataverse
3. Experience developing enterprise workflow automation and business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
4. Strong experience with SharePoint Online, including Lists, Libraries, Forms, Permissions, and Content Management capabilities.
5. Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with:
   • SQL Server
   • Power BI
   • Dataverse
   • Microsoft Teams
   • Azure Services
   • REST APIs
   • Microsoft Graph APIs
6. Experience with solution lifecycle management (ALM), environment management, deployment processes, and governance practices.
7. Experience executing testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Production Support.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

1. Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, or enterprise data integration solutions.
2. Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE), governance frameworks, security models, and compliance standards.
3. Exposure to Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes for Power Platform solutions.
4. Experience building Copilot Studio Agents, AI Assistants, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
5. Working knowledge of Power BI reporting, semantic models, datasets, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
6. Experience working in Risk, Compliance, Audit, Finance, HR, or other enterprise business functions.
7. Microsoft Certifications such as:
   • PL-100: Power Platform App Maker
   • PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant
   • PL-400: Power Platform Developer
   • AI-900: Azure AI Fundamentals
   • PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development, automation, and solution delivery.
• Experience delivering end-to-end solutions from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Experience working in Agile project environments and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
