Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.
Must have skills : FIS Commercial Loan Servicing (ACBS)
Good to have skills : Finastra Fusion Loan IQ
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
In the role of Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. This position requires applying comprehensive business and functional insights to design and implement thorough testing strategies. The role also includes defining and tracking key performance indicators to monitor testing activities, managing test execution, and overseeing defect resolution to ensure the overall quality objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals and project timelines.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in FIS Commercial Loan Servicing (ACBS).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Finastra Fusion Loan IQ.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and software testing methodologies.
- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret testing metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools to ensure effective issue resolution.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in FIS Commercial Loan Servicing (ACBS).
- This position is based at client onsite locations within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
