Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress and provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Support junior team members by offering mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable applications using Java Standard Edition.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of Java applications.
- Ability to integrate Java applications with cloud-based services and platforms.
