Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with significant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

Strong functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Tax.

Experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.

Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R, and financial close processes.

Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies, configuration, testing, data conversion, and deployment.

Good understanding of FBDI, HDL/ADF concepts, REST/SOAP integrations, and functional aspects of Oracle interfaces.

Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Financial Reporting.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and lead functional teams in complex global implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Cloud Financials certification(s).

Experience in multi-country/global rollouts and localization requirements.

Experience working in Agile and/or Oracle implementation methodologies.

Prior experience as a Functional Lead / Solution Lead in Oracle Cloud Finance projects.
