Job Purpose

• Flawless implementation of business configurations including Rating configuration (Tariff Plan), Recharge Configuration, & Etopup/Euronet grid within TAT.
• Short Code/Level Opening
• Configuration of Channel commission and Profile
•  Product Go Live and UAT Support.
• Products /Configurations Clean up (IN Products and Etopup Commission profile/MRP/OTF/Version Cleanup).
• RA Recon support (Product/subscriber provisioning related).
• Product related Customer complaint resolution within TAT.
• Artifacts preparation for product related auditing.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Ensuring Product implementation & delivery within timelines.
• Quarterly clean-ups of zero subscriber base products with close co-ordination with marketing and planning.
• Configuration of New Retailer Grade and Commission profile within TAT
• Voucher Management.
• RA support for Periodic recon.
• Bulk customer benefit processing whenever needed
• Closure of RA/UAT Observation.
• Support on new SDP, AIR, and ECMS integration as part of expansion.
• Support to RA/UAT team for product testing and product validation  
• Support to UPSS  and MVIVA team for plan mapping and promo configuration
• Closure of customer complaints and Retailer OTF related complaints.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Around 2 -4 years of Experience in Product Configurations. Domain expertise of Database, Linux  and Application architecture
• Knowledge of CAMEL & Diameter protocol.
• Understanding on Ericsson IN architecture
• Sound knowledge of Prepaid Voice/SMS/USSD/Data charging call flow.
• Should have prior experience of working in Operations domain and aware about operational processes.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

 B. E – Electronics & Communication/MCA/B.E. – Computer Science
