Role Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce platform capabilities. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to build scalable and secure CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Lightning Framework.
• Configure and customize Salesforce features, including Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Build and support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Write clean, scalable, and testable code following Salesforce best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Work closely with business and product teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support CI/CD and DevOps processes using Git and deployment tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with senior developers and architects on solution design.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling and application development.
• Experience in API integrations and Salesforce customization.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
• Experience with Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns.
• Exposure to DevOps, AppSec, and secure coding practices.
• Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech domains.
