Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that applications are aligned with business goals, continuously refining and enhancing features to improve overall efficiency and user experience. The workday is dynamic, balancing technical development with problem-solving and iterative improvements to deliver robust and scalable applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of application features ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CRM Service.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing customer relationship management solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between multiple systems.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle CRM Service.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
