Sales Incentive Analyst
Job Description:
Join our Sales Incentive Compensation team as a Sales Incentive Business Analyst, where you'll play a key role in driving compensation accuracy, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will partner with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to manage incentive programs, support compensation operations, and deliver actionable insights that influence business performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex problems, leveraging analytics, and contributing to the success of a high-performing sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer sales compensation plans and incentive programs.
Process Employee Action Forms (EAFs) and compensation adjustments accurately.
Manage compensation exception cases and resolve related queries.
Track and report sales performance across compensation and award programs.
Support sales award programs, including SPIFFs and President's Club.
Perform data validation, analysis, and reporting for compensation payouts.
Develop and improve workflows, SOPs, and reporting processes.
Utilize SQL, Alteryx, and ICM tools to support automation and analytics.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales Compensation, Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical role.
Strong knowledge of sales compensation processes and incentive programs.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in SQL.
Experience with Alteryx and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience with Varicent, SAP Callidus, or Xactly.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
Exposure to AI-enabled analytics and process automation tools.
Proven experience driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
