Research

• Assist in conducting in-depth research and analysis of customer profiles within various customer segments.
• Collaborate with the Manager - Segments to extract and interpret customer data effectively.
• Contribute to understanding market segment requirements and preferences through data-driven insights.
• Assist in identifying trends, behaviors, and opportunities within different customer segments.

Product Offering Support:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Sales, to provide valuable input into the development of targeted product offerings.
• Assist in creating and refining segment-specific marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Collaborate with the Manager - Segments to ensure that product offerings align with the unique needs and expectations of different customer segments.
• Contribute to the development of tailored content and communications for effective segment engagement.

Financial Management:

• Support the Manager - Segments in client interactions, assessing asset status, needs, risks, goals, and progress.
• Assist in preparing detailed financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts for client portfolios.
• Help in developing, organizing, and maintaining client portfolios, ensuring they align with investment preferences and financial goals.
• Collaborate on investment strategies and asset allocation in line with customer segment requirements.

Performance Monitoring:

• Actively participate in the monitoring of segment-specific initiatives, tracking key performance indicators, and providing data-driven recommendations for adjustments.
• Contribute insights to adapt strategies and ensure that they meet the evolving needs of diverse customer segments.
• Assist in assessing the success of product launches within segments and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Collaboration:

• Foster effective collaboration with the Manager - Segments and across the Wealth Management team to achieve segment-related objectives.
