As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and collaboration with different teams to maintain service reliability and efficiency throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Experience with monitoring and maintaining critical business applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
