Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Receives and reviews incoming invoices via standard mail, email and fax;
• Generate one-time billings for client sites in department’s proprietary system;
• Scans and posts site invoices and back up documentation to the billings within proprietary system;
• Manages Level I site inquiries in the designated case management system;
• Responds promptly to site inquiries in conjunction with designated department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
• Directs advanced/escalated requests and unresolved issues to designated project team;
• Executes various administrative tasks that support the ongoing lifecycle of a project;
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

Typically requires a minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience.

Requires broad knowledge of operational systems and practices gained through experience and/or education.

Additional Work Experience

• Demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel) required
• Strong attention to details and accuracy required
• Ability to multi-task required
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, required
• Prior experience in client service at a biotechnology company, CRO, pharmaceutical company or other organization supporting research activities in a financial or data management / analysis capacity preferred
• Prior data validation experience

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written); Ability to perform tasks with special attention to detail and accuracy; Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff and sites as needed, including site contacts.                                     
• Ability to organize work efficiently with supervision; Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to manage daily details with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent computer skills required. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
