🎯 Key Responsibilities
• नए Clients, Investors और Business Associates को जोड़ना
• Real Estate Business के लिए नए Business Opportunities विकसित करना
• Corporate & Channel Partners के साथ Professional Relationships बनाना
• Sales & Business Development Team को Lead और Coordinate करना
• Monthly Business Targets achieve करने की दिशा में काम करना
• Market Research एवं Competitor Analysis करना
• नए Associates/Franchise Partners को जोड़ने में सहयोग करना
• Management को नियमित Business & Sales Reports देना
👤 Candidate Profile
• Minimum 2–5 Years Experience in Business Development / Real Estate / Sales
• Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
• Leadership और Team Management की क्षमता
• Target-oriented और result-driven approach
• Real Estate industry का अनुभव preferred रहेगा
• अच्छी Hindi एवं English communication skills
