Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle company-provided leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain SmartChaser’s EdTech products and solutions.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers.
• Schedule product demonstrations and meetings.
• Share quotations, product details, and other required information.
• Convert provided leads into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
Skills Required
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and sales skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
• Customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
