Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, results-driven, and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, lead generation, and digital analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, leads, and sales.
• Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Create and coordinate engaging content for websites, social media, blogs, advertisements, and email campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics such as traffic, CTR, CPC, conversions, leads, and ROI.
• Generate and optimize leads through various digital marketing channels.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Manage email marketing and remarketing campaigns.
• Work with creative, sales, and business teams to achieve marketing and revenue goals.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improving campaign results.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, AI technologies, and platform algorithm changes.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Understanding of Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Basic knowledge of content marketing and copywriting.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Good communication and creative problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Canva or other creative/design tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, marketing automation, research, and productivity is a plus.

Experience

0–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, depending on the position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Google Ads / Google Analytics certifications are an advantage.
• Experience managing real-world digital campaigns and generating measurable leads is preferred.
