Job Description
- Lead Generation & Campaign Management (Meta, Google & LinkedIn).
- Execute Paid Campaigns: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns primarily on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to capture qualified leads.
- Lead Quality Filtering: Implement intent-based filters (like custom questions or review steps in Meta forms) to ensure the sales team receives verified phone numbers and genuine buyers, rather than "accidental" clicks.
- Digital Infrastructure & Landing Page Optimization.
- CRM & Automation Integration.
Visual & Content Marketing
- Project Walkthroughs & Videos: Collaborate with design teams or site managers to shoot and edit engaging property walkthroughs, sample flat videos, construction updates, and customer testimonials.
- Ad Creative Rotation: Regularly refresh ad copies, banners, and video reels to prevent ad fatigue and maintain a low CPL.
- Social Media Presence: Manage organic social media handles to build brand trust, highlighting location advantages, amenities, and developer legacy.
- Total Volume of Qualified Leads (Not just junk lead count)
- Average Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Cost Per Site Visit (CPV)
- Ad Creative CTR (Click-Through Rate)
