Job Description
Job Title: ATM Support Staff (Zonal/Regional Office)Location: Punjab & Sind Bank Zonal/Regional Offices
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ATM Operations/Banking Support
Mandatory: Police Verification before deployment
- Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor ATM uptime/downtime and submit daily status reports to Zonal/Head Office.
- Coordinate with branches, FLM engineers, vendors, CRA, and service providers for issue resolution.
- Follow up on cash-out, cash jam, power, UPS, network, and ATM-related complaints.
- Ensure timely attendance of FLM engineers and track service delivery.
- Monitor cash reconciliation for outsourced ATMs and coordinate discrepancy resolution.
- Prepare MIS, SLA, downtime, reconciliation, and management reports.
- Submit monthly invoices and supporting operational reports.
- Act as a local help desk and provide remote support to branches.
- Follow up on ATM installations, pending issues, and escalations.
- Arrange substitute staff during leave/absence and ensure uninterrupted support.
- Working Hours10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Daily reporting to Zonal/Head Office.

Preferred Candidates: Experience in ATM Managed Services, Banking Operations, FLM Coordination, Cash Management, or Technical Support.
