पद: ऑफिस पियन / ऑफिस बॉय
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
ऑफिस की साफ-सफाई एवं व्यवस्थित रखने में सहयोग करना।
ऑफिस में चाय, पानी एवं अन्य आवश्यक चीजों की व्यवस्था करना।
ऑफिस के दस्तावेज, फाइल एवं अन्य सामान को संबंधित व्यक्ति तक पहुँचाना।
बैंक, पोस्ट ऑफिस, कूरियर, डाक एवं अन्य बाहरी कार्यों के लिए जाना।
ऑफिस के आवश्यक सामान एवं स्टेशनरी को व्यवस्थित रखना।
कूरियर/डाक प्राप्त करना एवं भेजने की व्यवस्था करना।
मीटिंग के दौरान पानी, चाय एवं अन्य आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएँ करना।
ऑफिस के छोटे-मोटे दैनिक कार्यों में कर्मचारियों की सहायता करना।
आवश्यकता पड़ने पर बाजार से ऑफिस का सामान लाना।
वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों द्वारा सौंपे गए अन्य सामान्य कार्यालयीन कार्यों को समय पर पूरा करना।
आवश्यक योग्यता:
न्यूनतम 8वीं/10वीं पास।
सामान्य हिंदी पढ़ने-लिखने की क्षमता।
समय का पाबंद, जिम्मेदार एवं अनुशासित होना।
विनम्र व्यवहार एवं अच्छी कार्यशैली।
बाहर के कार्यों के लिए आने-जाने में सक्षम।
