Job Description
1. Restaurant Manager
- Role: Oversee daily restaurant operations, handle customer service, manage staff scheduling, maintain inventory, and ensure smooth front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.
- Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality management. Strong leadership and communication skills.
2. Cook / Multi-Cuisine Chef
- Role: Prepare delicious Indian, Tandoori, fast food, and street-food items maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.
- Requirements: Proven experience in restaurant kitchens. Knowledge of recipe standardization and kitchen cleanliness.
3. Waiter / Steward
- Role: Greet customers, take orders accurately, serve food and beverages promptly, and maintain dining area cleanliness.
- Requirements: Neat appearance, polite demeanor, and good customer service skills. Freshers with good communication are welcome.
4. Cleaning & Utility Staff
- Role: Maintain hygiene standards across the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms, wash dishes, and assist with general upkeep.
- Requirements: Hardworking, punctual, and disciplined.
