Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online enquiries.
  • Contact schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other institutions.
  • Explain SmartChaser products and understand customer requirements.
  • Conduct online product demonstrations when required.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
  • Prepare and share quotations and product details.
  • Maintain lead and customer records in CRM/Excel.
  • Coordinate with the field sales and technical teams.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
