Sales Executive

We are looking for a Back Office & Sales Executive to support sales operations and manage back-end coordination for our Zardosi (traditional embroidery) products. The role involves handling customer inquiries, order processing, documentation, and assisting the sales team to ensure smooth business operations.

*Maintain sales records, order details, invoices, and customer data

*Prepare quotations, bills, and delivery challans

*Coordinate with production/artisan team for order status and timelines

*Update inventory records for Zardosi products

*Handle documentation.

*Follow up on payments and dispatch details

*Handle walk-in customers and inquiries (online/offline)

*Assist in order booking and closing sales

*Coordinate with customers for design approvals and delivery updates.
