Job Description

PowerXchange is hiring a Sales Manager to expand our dealer-distributor network and drive sales growth in assigned areas.  


🔹 Responsibilities 

  • Develop dealer & distributor network 
  • Generate sales through field visits 
  • Identify new business opportunities 
  • Maintain relationships with partners 
  • Achieve monthly targets 
  • Track market trends & competitors 


🔹 Requirements 

  • Graduate (BBA preferred) 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in channel sales 
  • Good communication & negotiation skills 
  • Must be comfortable with field work 
  • Own vehicle required
