JOB LOCATION ACCORDING TO YOUR PREFERENCE EXAMPLE :-· I AM LOOKING FOR A Sales and Marketing Executive in the cement industry manages dealer networks, drives volume sales, and builds relationships with builders and contractors within a designated territory.
Job Overview
· Role: Sales and Marketing Executive (Cement Division)
· Industry: Building Materials / Construction / Manufacturing
· Location: Field-based with extensive local travel.
Key Responsibilities
· Dealer Network Management: Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and sub-dealers to expand market reach.
· Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets.
· Relationship Building: Connect regularly with key influencers like masons, contractors, builders, and architects to promote product preference.
· Project Sales: Track upcoming residential, commercial, and government construction sites to secure bulk cement orders.
· Market Monitoring: Observe competitor pricing, schemes, and stock movements, reporting insights back to management.
· Payment Collection: Ensure timely debt recovery, management of outstanding receivables, and collection of statutory forms.
