Senior Account Executive

Senior Accountant Assistant – Ashtvinayak Group of Companies

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:• Maintain daily accounting entries, books, ledgers and journals

• Handle Tally Prime and MS Excel

• Manage sales, purchase, receipt and payment entries

• Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Assist with GST, TDS and taxation-related work

• Prepare invoices, vouchers and financial records

• Track customer payments and outstanding amounts

• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records

• Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers and internal teams

• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies

• Assist in preparing monthly accounting reports

Requirements:• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Good knowledge of Tally Prime & MS Excel

• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting

• Knowledge of BRS, GST, TDS and basic taxation

• Good numerical and analytical skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Responsible, punctual and able to meet deadlines
