Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day civil construction activities at railway project sites in and around Agra.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction work and labour at the site.
- Handle site measurements, quantity calculations, and billing.
- Maintain site records and monitor work progress.
- Ensure quality and timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and engineers.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in civil construction and site supervision preferred.
- Knowledge of measurements and billing.
- Basic computer skills and Hindi communication.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
कार्य विवरण:
रेलवे सिविल निर्माण कार्यों की देखरेख के लिए एक जिम्मेदार साइट सुपरवाइजर की आवश्यकता है। कार्यस्थल आगरा एवं आसपास के क्षेत्रों में रेलवे प्रोजेक्ट साइट पर रहेगा।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
- साइट पर निर्माण कार्य और मजदूरों की निगरानी करना।
- साइट की नाप-जोख, मात्रा की गणना और बिलिंग करना।
- साइट के रिकॉर्ड रखना और कार्य की प्रगति की रिपोर्ट देना।
- निर्माण कार्य की गुणवत्ता और समय पर काम पूरा करना सुनिश्चित करना।
- मजदूरों, ठेकेदारों और इंजीनियरों के साथ समन्वय करना।
योग्यता एवं आवश्यकताएँ:
- सिविल इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा या डिग्री।
- सिविल निर्माण कार्य एवं साइट सुपरविजन का अनुभव वांछनीय।
- नाप-जोख और बिलिंग की जानकारी आवश्यक।
- हिंदी में संवाद करने और कंप्यूटर का बुनियादी ज्ञान।
- अपना दोपहिया वाहन और वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस अनिवार्य।
