• ​Maintenance: Clear tables, clean and reset dining areas, and ensure hygiene standards are strictly maintained throughout the shift.
• ​Billing: Prepare and present accurate checks, process payments, and operate the cash register or card machine when required.

​Requirements & Skills:

• ​Proven experience as a Waiter, Steward, or in a similar hospitality/restaurant role.
• ​Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and hygiene protocols.
• ​Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• ​Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chaat Chef (Street Food Specialist) to craft authentic, mouth-watering, and hygienic Indian street food delicacies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in preparing traditional chat items, balancing complex flavor profiles (sweet, spicy, tangy), and maintaining high standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Food Preparation: Prepare a wide variety of authentic chaats (e.g., Pani Puri, Bhel Puri, Sev Puri, Dahi Puri, Papdi Chaat, Raj Kachori) from scratch.
• ​Sauce & Chutney Crafting: Prepare signature chutneys (sweet tamarind, spicy mint-coriander), spiced water (pani), yogurt mixes, and crisp elements (puris, sev) with consistent taste and quality.
• ​Quality Control: Ensure all ingredients, vegetables, and dairy products are fresh, properly stored, and handled according to food safety regulations.
• ​Presentation & Speed: Assemble dishes quickly, neatly, and attractively during peak hours without compromising on flavor or authenticity.
• Requirements & Skills:
• Proven hands-on experience as a Chaat Master / Street Food Chef in restaurants, sweet shops, or catering services.
• Exceptional expertise in balancing sweet, spicy, and tangy Indian flavor profiles.
