Job Description

Urgently Hiring for Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Record Financial Transactions: Accurately document income, expenses, assets, and liabilities in accounting software or ledgers.
  2. Prepare Financial Statements: Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  3. Monitor Budgets and Expenses: Track and review budgets and expenses to ensure they align with company goals and financial plans.
  4. Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee payments and collections, ensuring timely billing and payments.
  5. Prepare and File Taxes: Ensure compliance with tax regulations by preparing and submitting tax returns accurately and on time.
  6. Conduct Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights on business performance, costs, and profitability.
  7. Ensure Compliance: Ensure all financial records and practices comply with accounting laws, policies, and regulations.
