We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Executive to join our team. As a Account Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the Account of goods and services required by our organization.

Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)

Verify and cross-check invoice details, including taxes, discounts, and terms.

Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.

Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

Manage vendor payments and customer invoicing

Verify purchase orders (PO) and match them with supplier invoices.

Ensure correct classification of expenses and adherence to tax compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).

Coordinate with procurement and store teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.

Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve outstanding balances.

Post customer receipts and reconcile AR ledgers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com./M.Com.)

Expertise in Tally ERP 9 (Must Be Required)

Proven Working as an Accountant (2 years)

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Good understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance requirements
