Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally, and good communication skills to manage day-to-day financial operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records in Tally, handling day-to-day accounting entries and transactions.

Perform bank and account reconciliations, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Prepare, verify, and issue invoices, bills, vouchers, and other supporting documents accurately and on time.

Maintain proper accounting and billing records, regularly update payment status, and track outstanding receivables.

Follow up with clients for outstanding payments through calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely collections.

Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and periodic billing and collection reports.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for accounting, billing, reconciliation, and payment-related matters.

Respond to client queries related to invoices, billing, and payments.

Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.

Support monthly and yearly closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial records.

Key Requirements:

 - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field

 - Minimum 2 years of accounting experience

 - Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel

 - Good communication skills and attention to detail

 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
