BIMBoss is scaling its architectural BIM delivery for clients across the US, Canada, UK, and South Asia, and we need an experienced Revit Architect to take ownership of production modeling on live project teams from day one.

About BIMBossBIMBoss Consultants is a BIM/MEP/AEC consulting firm supporting architecture, engineering, and construction clients internationally. We deliver coordinated, construction-ready Revit models and BIM workflows for a growing portfolio of projects spanning multiple geographies and building types.

About the RoleAs a Revit Architect at BIMBoss, you'll work directly within client project teams to produce and maintain architectural Revit models — from schematic design through construction documentation. Within your first few months, you'll be trusted to independently own model development on at least one active project, with minimal oversight on day-to-day modeling decisions.

What You'll Do●     Build and maintain architectural Revit models — floor plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules — to client and project standards

●     Develop and manage Revit families and templates for reuse across projects

●     Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve clashes and design conflicts

●     Produce construction documentation sets and drawing packages accurate to current design intent

●     Apply BIM execution plan standards and maintain model quality, naming conventions, and LOD requirements across a project's lifecycle

●     Communicate directly with US/UK/Canada-based project leads and adjust to client-specific workflows and review cycles

What We're Looking ForRequired:

●     3.5+ years of hands-on experience producing architectural models in Autodesk Revit

●     Strong understanding of Revit families, worksets, and model coordination workflows

●     Experience taking projects through schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases

●     Comfort using Navisworks or a similar tool for clash detection and coordination

●     Ability to work independently against deadlines while collaborating with distributed, international project teams

●     Strong written and verbal English communication for daily coordination with overseas clients

Preferred:

●     Experience with Dynamo for Revit or other computational/automation workflows

●     Exposure to point cloud-to-BIM or scan-to-BIM modeling

●     Prior experience working directly with US, UK, or Canadian AEC clients

●     Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
