Look

after of official communications over phone calls and e-mails

Various data record and maintenance

Welcome and greet visitors and guest and make the require

arrangements

Handle sample stock of medicines and maintain them on regular

basis as per policy

Daily scanning and filing important documents received from

production team

Some HR related activities like register preparation and to do

employee engagement activities

Inward and outward couriers records maintenance

To receive orders from Amazon, Flipkart etc and packing the

order as per requirements

Other office work assigned by the Management

Any other duties come under related position
