Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Conduct engaging and interactive virtual training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
  • Deliver training on Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products and processes.
  • Provide detailed knowledge of banking products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Train candidates on sales techniques, customer acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling.
  • Conduct online product, process, sales, and communication skills training.
  • Develop and deliver training presentations, learning materials, assessments, and online training modules.
  • Conduct virtual role plays, mock sessions, quizzes, and knowledge assessments.
  • Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Identify training gaps and provide suitable training interventions.
  • Ensure trainees are well prepared to handle customer queries and banking-related processes.
  • Maintain training attendance, assessment scores, performance reports, and training records.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and management teams to improve training effectiveness.
