Key Responsibilities

● Manage and handle inbound as well as outbound business leads

● Connect with startups, MSMEs, and business owners through calls and virtual interactions

● Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions

● Present and explain company services professionally, including:

○ Business Registration Services

○ Funding & Investment Support

○ Compliance & Legal Solutions

○ Investor Readiness & Documentation

● Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term client relationships

● Convert potential leads into successful business opportunities

● Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

● Maintain and update lead records in CRM systems and internal tools
