Business Development Executive (BDE)

1.  Identify and prospect

potential clients:·       Managing lead and inquiry on phone.

·       Visiting/meeting clients at their location as and when required.

·       Cross sales.

·       Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

·       Understand client requirements, challenges, and goals.

·       Present the company’s services to clients, highlighting their value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections.

·       Conduct sales presentations to potential clients.

·       Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

2. 

Skills require:·       Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

·       Proven experience in business development, sales, pro, or a similar role.

Important notes:·       There should be phone availability outside of regular working hours.

Note:·       Apart from this if management wants you to get involved in any one time or ongoing work, you need to follow that instructions.

·       Based on your performance or management needs - there may be internal transfer possible. This will be done only after departmental approvals.
