Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and engage with potential leads provided by the company to generate interest and drive sales.

•

Proactively reach out to leads through calls, emails, and meetings to present products/services.

•

Conduct detailed discussions with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

•

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.

•

Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and successfully close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.

•

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and closed deals using CRM tools.

•

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction of new clients.

•

Monitor and analyze sales metrics to improve performance and achieve individual and team goals.

•

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.

Requirements:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

•

Proven experience in sales or business development with a strong focus on deal closing.

•

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency is mandatory).

•

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

•

Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

•

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
